Q. I can't find the product I am looking for, can you get it?

A. We have an extensive range of products in store, and the amount of products online is growing daily. Let us know what you are after, and we can let you know the products availability, price and any additional information about ordering it in for you. We are happy to order in products, accessories, and spare parts for the brands we carry, subject to availability.

 

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A. Orders are prepared and shipped out during normal work hours as soon as payment has been approved by the payment gateway. This normally occurs within a 24 hour period. However delays relating to transport/freight we have no control over. If you think your order has been delayed, please contact us ASAP.

 

Q. Why can't I get a delivery to a post box? 

A. All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is to an address where someone can sign for the item.

 

Q. Do you carry spare parts for repairing camping equipment?

A. We carry an extensive range of spare parts for the brands we carry. Please bring the product with you so we can ensure the part supplied suits the model, as there may be differences in products according to the year of manufacture. With our experience, we may be able to offer trouble shooting suggestions, advise on repair products, and advise you of individuals in our area that come highly recommended by other customers.
Unfortunately we are unable to source or advise on parts for products purchased from large chain store retailers. Large chain store brands unfortunately do not have spare parts available for their products.

Q. Can you sponsor my event?

 A. We receive many requests for goods and donations by individuals, clubs, charities and businesses. To help us determine who receives assistance, we’d appreciate your providing us with the following information:

  • When and where is the event you are holding?
  • What type of support would you require?
  • Who are the beneficiaries of the fundraising/sponsorship/donation?
  • How you think we can work together to promote each other?

We request proposals be provided at least 3 weeks prior to your event. All applications will be assessed. Any assistance will be provided based on the merit of the application and our ability to provide assistance at that time.

Q. What can I get my dad/wife/uncle/cousin/nephew/neice for their birthday?

Gift certificates are always popular. However if you are after something more personal, there are gift guides available on our website. Currently we have gifts for men, gifts for women and a travellers essentials department that contains the most popular items from the past few years. We are just about to launch a department for kids aswell!

 

Q. I bought a second hand camper/caravan with a gas stove/product but is not working, can you help?

A.The most requested advice in store is related to gas products and equipement. Spare parts are available for gas equipement, however parts like jets for older models are becoming increasingly rare. Safety needs to always be the most important thing when using a gas product. Without knowing the history of an item it can be even more dangerous to use the product. We strongly recommend taking the product to a quailified gas fitter first to ensure the product has not been altered/tampered/or damaged.

 

Q. Do you have gift certificates?

A. Yes! Gift certificates are popular gifts for young or matured couples or individuals. With the release of our online store, gift certificates are now available via email. This way you can email the certificate to friend/family at no cost, and they can purchase what they would like and have it delivered directly to their door. You could also request them from your friends or family who live elsewhere and all you need to give them is your email address!
